"Install was easier than I expected"
I’ve dealt with a few installs in the past that turned into a hassle, so I was prepared for the same here. this one went up really easily with no fuss at all.

"Nice enough, just a little plain"
It looks fine. Like, I put it out and it does the job. The design is clean, nothing weird about it. But I guess I expected a little more... something? It’s not bad at all, just kind of plain in person.

"Door glass kit was way better than I expected"
I ordered a door glass insert from zabitat it was better than I thought it’d be. The glass felt sturdy, not flimsy or cheap-looking, and the frame lined up really clean.
It was packed up super well too, so there were no chips, scratches, or any of that annoying stuff. My husband put it in over the weekend, and it fit like it was supposed to, no big drama.
We’ve had it in for a few weeks now and it still looks awesome. For the price, I’m dang happy with it and would totally buy from them again.

"Measurements were right on"
I ordered door glass insert from Zabitat and was a little nervous about doing the measuring myself. I used their guide, took my time, and the piece showed up exactly like guide said it would, with no weird gaps or extra trimming needed.
It fit my door on first try, and the screw holes lined up good too. That was really the main thing I was worried about, so I was relieved. Overall, I’m happy with it and would use them again.

"The website was simple to use..."
The website was simple to use, and checkout went through without any problems. I did have to hunt around a bit to find the shipping info, which was a little annoying, but overall the experience was smooth and not a big hassle.

"Easy return, warranty was a little slow"
I had to return one thing I ordered from Zabitat, and that part was easy. I also had a warranty issue with another part, and that took a few emails back and forth, so it wasn’t exactly quick. They did take care of it in the end though. Overall the support was decent, I just would’ve liked faster updates along the way

"Fast shipping, but felt a bit ignored"
Shipping was actually quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info fast, and the package showed up earlier than I thought it would. Everything was packed fine and arrived without any issues. The only thing is I had a question before it shipped and never really felt like anyone paid attention to it, which was a little frustrating. But as far as the delivery itself goes, it was smooth and fast.

"It’s fine, but I’m not sure it was worth the price"
It’s decent overall and does what it’s supposed to, but after buying it I kind of felt like I paid more than I should have. Nothing really wrong with it, I just wish I’d waited for a sale or looked around a bit more before spending the money.

"Box showed up beat up"
Box came in rough shape. Corners crushed. Packaging looked kinda damaged. Item was okay, but yeah. Not great to see.

"Glad I Didn’t Go Anywhere Else"
The staff were really helpful and made the whole experience easy. I was a bit worried I might waste time or end up regretting my choice, but they took care of everything and made sure I didn’t miss out on what I needed
